What Can You Do?

The Sir Edmund Hillary Mountain Legacy Medal is a project of Mountain Legacy, a Nepalese NGO (reg. #1018/060-61; www.mountainlegacy.org). It was fully authorized by Sir Edmund Hillary in 2003. The President of Mountain Legacy is Dr. Kumar P. Mainali. Director of the the Sir Edmund Hillary Mountain Legacy Project is Dr. Seth Sicroff.

The SEHML Medal project depends on your support, both to administer the Medal selection and presentation and to create a suitable endowment fund for honoraria. If you are interested in collaborating as an individual or other entity, we can make sure that your participation is acknowledged.

Selection of Hillary Medal recipients is administered by the Sir Edmund Hillary Mountain Legacy Medal Selection Committee.
